Individual eggs baked in ramekins with cream, feta and herbs – a simple, elegant Easter brunch dish.

Ingredients

Serves:3
  • 6 pcs eggs
  • 30 g butter
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley

Steps

  1. 1Butter individual ramekins.
  2. 2Place one egg in each; add a spoon of cream.
  3. 3Scatter crumbled feta around the yolk.
  4. 4Season with black pepper.
  5. 5Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes.
  6. 6Serve hot, garnished with parsley and toast.
