Easter Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 200 g flour
• 150 g sugar
• 100 g butter
• 2 pcs eggs
• 100 ml milk
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 packet coloured sugar decorations
• 200 g icing sugar

Steps

1. 1Beat softened butter with sugar until pale.
2. 2Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
3. 3Fold in flour and baking powder.
4. 4Fill cupcake cases two-thirds full.
5. 5Bake at 175°C for 18–20 minutes.
6. 6Decorate with icing and Easter sprinkles.
