Easter Strawberry Lemonade

Ingredients

• 300 g strawberries
• 3 pcs lemons
• 80 g sugar
• 1 bunch mint
• 1 l sparkling water
• to taste ice

Steps

1. 1Toss strawberries with 2 tbsp sugar; stand until juicy.
2. 2Blend and strain the strawberries.
3. 3Squeeze the lemons; combine with strawberry juice.
4. 4Dissolve remaining sugar in a little hot water; cool.
5. 5Combine all and top with sparkling water.
6. 6Serve over ice with mint.
