- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 1 cup ice
- 1 piece lime wheel
Steps
- 1Add gin, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel.
