- 800 g lamb chops
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- to taste salt and pepper

- 1Mix olive oil, crushed garlic, rosemary and lemon juice.
- 2Coat the chops and marinate at least 1 hour (overnight is better).
- 3Bring to room temperature 20 minutes before cooking.
- 4Grill on high heat 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- 5Rest 5 minutes, then serve with roasted vegetables.
