Lamb Chops with Rosemary

Juicy lamb chops marinated in rosemary and garlic, quickly seared on a hot grill – a quick yet festive Easter dish.

Ingredients

Serves:4
  • 800 g lamb chops
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1Mix olive oil, crushed garlic, rosemary and lemon juice.
  2. 2Coat the chops and marinate at least 1 hour (overnight is better).
  3. 3Bring to room temperature 20 minutes before cooking.
  4. 4Grill on high heat 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  5. 5Rest 5 minutes, then serve with roasted vegetables.
