- 700 g lamb
- 400 g mushrooms
- 2 pcs onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 200 ml cream
- 150 ml white wine
- 40 g butter
- 1 tsp thyme
- to taste salt and pepper

- 1Cut lamb into pieces and brown in butter until golden.
- 2Remove lamb; sauté diced onion and garlic.
- 3Add sliced mushrooms; cook 5–7 minutes.
- 4Return lamb, pour in wine and reduce.
- 5Add thyme and cream; braise 30–40 minutes.
- 6Serve with rice or crusty bread.
