- 700 g lamb shoulder
- 300 g white beans (soaked overnight)
- 2 pcs onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 pcs tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- to taste salt and pepper

- 1Brown the lamb pieces in olive oil.
- 2Add onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes.
- 3Add the drained beans, tomatoes and thyme.
- 4Cover with water and simmer 1 hour 30 minutes.
- 5Season and serve with crusty bread.
