- 4 pcs eggs
- 2 pcs onion
- 30 g butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- to taste salt and pepper

- 1Melt butter and gently fry the onion 3–4 minutes.
- 2Add garlic and chopped spinach.
- 3Cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- 4Beat eggs, pour over spinach.
- 5Stir gently until eggs are just set.
- 6Season and serve with bread.
