Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft and chewy keto cookies made with almond flour and sugar-free chocolate chips. Ready in under 20 minutes with just 7 ingredients.

Ingredients

Serves:10
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 30 ml heavy cream
  • 28 g unsalted butter, very soft
  • 36 g granulated erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g sugar-free chocolate chips or dark chocolate 85%+

Steps

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Combine almond flour, egg, cream, butter, sweetener and vanilla in a bowl. Mix with a fork and let the dough sit for a few minutes.
  3. 3Fold in the chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate.
  4. 4Form into 10 dough balls, place on the lined baking sheet and flatten each to about half a centimetre thick.
  5. 5Bake for 13 minutes until edges are golden. Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before moving — they firm up as they cool.
