A classic steakhouse wedge of crisp iceberg lettuce topped with blue cheese dressing, bacon, and tomatoes.

Ingredients

Serves:4
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 120 ml blue cheese dressing
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 60 g blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • to taste black pepper

Steps

  1. 1Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
  2. 2Cut iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges, keeping core intact.
  3. 3Place each wedge on a plate, cut side up.
  4. 4Spoon blue cheese dressing generously over each wedge.
  5. 5Top with bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, blue cheese crumbles, and chives.
  6. 6Season with black pepper and serve.
